To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped. We will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item back from you.

If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we require that you contact and send me a proof to us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the purchase includes a shipping cost, shipping cost is non-refundable, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
